It's a bizarre divorce ... Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support, and according to the doc, "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

Brooke gets cash from several income sources, plus a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70.

Charlie gets the family house but has to pay Brooke around $1 mil.

Charlie gets to keep his $5.6 $5.45 million watch collection.

In the docs, Charlie lists their date of separation as 12/25/09 -- the day he was arrested in Aspen for a domestic incident involving Brooke.

PEOPLE broke the story that the divorce is being filed today.

Polanski's 'Carnage' rolls out sales

PARIS -- Roman Polanski's "God of Carnage," starring Jodie Foster, Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz and John C. Reilly, has closed sales for much of Europe.

Wild Bunch will handle theatrical distribution in France and has also bought U.K. and Scandinavian rights. Mediaset-owned Medusa has rights to Italy.

Written by Polanski and French playwright Yasmina Reza, "Carnage" is produced by Said Bensaid's SBS Prods., which is selling it worldwide outside the U.S.

The pic is co-produced by German giant Constantin Film, which will distribute in Germany.

Lusomundo has taken Portugal, Village Roadshow has Greece, SPI has Eastern Europe, Ascot Elite has Switzerland and Media Intl. Pics has the Middle East. The U.S. is repped by Jeff Berg at ICM.

"Carnage" adapts Reza's play, which turns on two sets of parents who meet to discuss a playground fight between their sons. The meeting degenerates into conflict, criticism, racism and misogyny.

First performed in Zurich in 2008, the American version of "Carnage" was one of the longest-running plays on Broadway of the last decade and won Tony Awards for play, director and actress Marcia Gay Harden.

"Carnage," which begins principal photography in Paris on Jan. 31, is the first movie from Bensaid's SBS Prods.

His former shingle, SBS Films, was owned by UGC, for whom he produced Reza's feature helming debut, "Chicas," which co-starred Polanski's wife, Emmanuelle Seigner.

'My Name Is Khan' to enter China

NewstogramLONDON -- China has agreed to a local release for "My Name Is Khan," the first Indian movie to be released theatrically in the country for eight years.

China is very protective of its domestic film industry and allows just 20 foreign films to be imported each year. The last Indian film to be release in China was the Oscar-nommed "Lagaan," which was released in 2002.

Helmer Karan Johar's "My Name Is Khan," which stars Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, opens Nov. 30 in Beijing.

Pic was produced by Fox Searchlight, Fox Star Studios, Imagenation Abu Dhabi, Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Ent.

The film has grossed more than $41 million worldwide, including more than $4 million in the U.S.

Indian films were popular in China in the 1940s and 50s, with such pics as "Dr. Kotnis Ki Amar Kahani" (1946), "Awaara" (1951) and "Do Bigha Zameen" (1953) scoring at the box office. But in 1959, India granted asylum to the Dalai Lama and the relationship between the two countries deteriorated, culminating in a war over a disputed border in 1962. Indian film imports were one of the casualties of the conflict.

In recent years, relations have thawed and 2009 Indian pic "Chandni Chowk to China" was extensively shot in China.
